Job Responsibilities:
  • Arrange, conduct and process employee recruitment and selection as per set recruitment and selection policy and procedure and ensure that a fair recruitment is followed.
  • Must have the capability to run the full HR & Compliance department.
  • Establish strong communication among branches & corporate offices.
  • Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
  • Must be able to work with attendance, payroll management & all other HR & Compliance issues.
